Qualified Landscaper
Qualifications, Attributes & experience
- Installation of plant life, turf, soils, mulches, stones
- Construction of retaining walls, fences, paving, concrete surfaces
- Installation of drainage and irrigation systems
*Core requirements of the role*
- 4 years minimum within the landscape industry
- Current Australian driver’s license and own transport
- Cert/ Trade qualification within the Landscape construction/horticultural industry (essential)
- Capacity to work unsupervised and manage a team
- Ability to work off plans.
- An exceptional eye for detail and workmanship
- The ability to manage timeframes and work within deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated and an eagerness to learn/grow
- Be highly organised and punctual
- Support team members to maintain a positive culture.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Complete hard and soft landscape projects
- Provide general labouring support to the team as required
- Demonstrate your expertise by leading and training the team on landscaping projects

Attributes & Requirements
- Current Australian driver’s license and own transport as the sites you will work on will vary
- Capacity to work unsupervised
- Ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail
- Maintaining and managing fitness for a physically demanding role
- The ability to manage timeframes and work within deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Be highly organised, punctual with reliable attendance
- Work and support team members to complete the job as required
- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
